Stock movement discrepancy
When a voucher discrepancy shows up after the year-end inventory, the technician connects with the agent ID, links the ticket number to the session and fixes the voucher together with the customer.
Connect to your customer's ETA™, Logo™ Tiger, MEGA™, Mikro™ or Netsis™ screen in seconds with a 9-digit ID. Live voice call + real-time subtitle translation remove the language barrier. Privacy-first, and the server is yours.
Designed for ERP support teams. AnyDesk is general purpose; ErpDesk is built for your job.
Two-way voice in the same window while you share the screen. Speak Turkish, the other side reads English subtitles. v0.8 adds a subtitle language picker in the viewer toolbar (TR/EN/DE, switchable mid-session) and a subtitle history panel: finalized lines collect in a scrollable log with timestamps and language chips. Whisper STT + NLLB translation run entirely on your server; audio never travels to a cloud.
The customer downloads the .exe in one click, opens it and reads you the ID. No UAC prompt. Script-based silent rollout via GPO is available too; no MSI needed.
Not SaaS: the server runs on your own machine. Encrypted recording, audit log, TOTP-protected technician sign-in.
Link a ticket number to the session. Three independent REST adapters for Logo™ Tiger, Mikro™ and Netsis™: ticket fetch + automatic session note write-back. All three are in production; the operator hosts their own facade and ErpDesk speaks a minimal contract (tickets/<id> / destek/<id>). Auth: Bearer / Basic / X-API-Key, per adapter.
Hardware-accelerated H.264 (QSV/NVENC/AMF) for smoother video at lower CPU. Every session can be recorded encrypted.
Full control, two-way clipboard sync, drag-and-drop file transfer, macro execution.
Pick the UI language separately on the customer side and on the technician side. Built for local support desks.
Switch between screens in one click. v0.8 adds live topology refresh: when the customer plugs or unplugs a display mid-session, the picker updates without a restart. Service mode keeps the connection alive even when the user is locked.
Record frequent ERP fixes as macros. One key in the Console, and every run leaves a trace in the audit log.
Every session is time-stamped: who, what, when. Stored in SQL Server. Retention bounds come from config (audit, sessions and recordings each have their own days); see what the last sweep removed with GET /api/admin/audit/retention, and clean up manually before an audit with POST /api/admin/audit/retention/sweep.
About 60 seconds from the moment you send the link.
The customer downloads the .exe from rdp.erp.tr and runs it. No installation, no sign-up.
The app shows a 9-digit ID (e.g. 793-979-391). The customer reads it to you over the phone.
You enter the ID in the Console, the customer approves and screen sharing starts. Keyboard, mouse and clipboard are yours.
No separate phone or WhatsApp call while you share the screen. Two-way live voice in the same session, with instant translated subtitles on top. Screen, voice and subtitles in one window.
16 kHz mono PCM over the existing secure WebSocket session. No extra port, no TURN server, no extra license. echoCancellation + noiseSuppression + AGC are enabled automatically in the browser.
Whisper STT turns speech into text, NLLB translates it into the target language. Turkish ↔ English is production quality; German / French / Arabic arrive in v0.7. Each side reads the conversation in their own language.
No audio sample goes to Azure, OpenAI or Google. STT and translation models run on your ErpDesk Server. Writing transcripts to the audit log needs admin approval and is off by default.
If the customer already has ErpDesk open, the microphone is ready. In the browser it is the browser's own microphone permission; no drivers, no extra apps. If they decline, the call continues silently and visual support keeps working.
One click opens the microphone, a second click mutes it again. Instead of holding a phone while sharing a screen, everything happens in one session. Speaker mute has its own button.
Cloud translation APIs charge $0.5–2 per hour of conversation. ErpDesk downloads the models once and runs them on your server; conversations cost nothing extra.
A customer in Anatolia cannot issue an invoice in Logo™ Tiger, and your support engineer is working with an English-speaking German supplier. In ErpDesk each side speaks their own language and reads the other in subtitles. No phone, no WhatsApp, no interpreter.
A separately licensed add-on on top of ErpDesk's voice layer. Whisper STT turns speech into text, then the translation provider you choose renders it in the target language, so each side reads the conversation as subtitles in their own language.
Two options behind the same pipeline: LibreTranslate (self-hosted, transcripts never leave your network) or Azure Translator (cloud, the customer's own subscription). Choose by privacy or by speed and coverage.
Run the LibreTranslate Docker container next to ErpDesk Server (libretranslate --load-only tr,en,de) and the customer's voice never reaches an external IP. Ideal for privacy and sector compliance reviews.
STT (Whisper-Base) ~500 ms + translation (Azure) ~80 ms + WebSocket round-trip ~30 ms. A sentence appears as a subtitle on the other screen in under 2 seconds. LibreTranslate is a bit slower (~250 ms) but traffic stays on your LAN.
Azure: 100+ languages at professional quality. LibreTranslate: TR↔EN/DE/FR/AR/RU/UK plus 20+ more with local Argos models. Adding a new pair to the container is a one-liner.
If the translation service does not answer, subtitles arrive in the original language; they never stop entirely. Soft failure is the core promise of the ITranslator interface; even a wrong provider config does not break the main flow.
Translate is separate from the ErpDesk core. License module ERPDESK.TRANSLATE.001. It only makes sense for teams offering multilingual support; domestic support desks may find the core enough.
Your Turkish customer calls because they cannot issue an invoice in Logo™ Tiger. Your support engineer in Ankara is in the same session with a German ERP consultant who speaks English. The conversation:
[Customer TR] "Stok hareketi farkı veriyor." → subtitle: "Stock movement is showing a discrepancy." (EN, read by the consultant) [Consultant EN] "Check the cost-type assignment in the master record." → subtitle: "Ana kayıtta maliyet tipi atamasını kontrol edin." (TR, read by the customer) [Support TR] "Birlikte bakalım, ekranı paylaşıyorum." → subtitle: "Let's look together, I'm sharing the screen." (EN, read by the consultant)
A three-party conversation, subtitles in each language, one session, one ErpDesk window. No conference call, interpreter or separate screen share.
The customer app runs on three platforms. Same server, same 9-digit ID, same protocol. No classic installation anywhere: download, run, read out the ID. The Linux daemon and Android APK v0.1 shipped as BETA with registration, chat and file transfer; screen sharing on those two comes in v0.2.
Full-featured WPF app: DXGI/GDI screen sharing (H.264), input control, NAudio voice call, macros, file transfer, native viewer (no WebView2), recording. A single .exe, ~270 MB, FFmpeg DLLs included.
Windows 10 1809+ / 11 / Server 2019+ · No installation: double-click, no UAC prompt. One-click service mode in Settings for unattended access.
↓ ErpDesk (.exe)Headless daemon that sits next to the ERPs on your server-room Linux boxes. v0.1: register + heartbeat + invite + chat + file transfer. Add Trusted Technicians in ~/.config/erpdesk/settings.json for lights-out auto-accept.
linux-x64, self-contained, single file (~40 MB) · No package, no systemd unit required: chmod +x and run. A one-line systemd user unit is enough for background use. Screen sharing in v0.2 (X11 + PipeWire portal).
An APK for the customer's tablet or phone. The customer opens the app and reads out the ID, the technician invites from the Console, and the user answers with an Accept/Decline dialog. v0.1: register + chat. Screen mirroring (MediaProjection) in v0.2.
Android 7.0+ (API 24). APK ~11 MB · Sideloaded outside the Play Store (unknown-sources permission once). No account, no purchase: see the guide.
download not published yetchmod +x and run on Linux, sideload the APK once on Android.
On Windows, UAC (admin approval) appears only if you press Settings → Unattended → "Install service mode", and only once. Service mode keeps the connection alive when the user signs out or the computer is locked. If you do not need it, nothing asks.
One ErpDesk Server installation, unlimited partners. Each partner appears with their own brand on the sign-in screen and sees only their own technicians and customers: an isolated tenant on your server. Designed for ERP integrators and organizations running a reseller network.
Each partner's brand color and logo on the sign-in screen. As soon as the partner code is entered, the Console sign-in card repaints in the partner's colors. The first face your customer sees is your partner's, not yours.
Technicians, customers, sessions, recordings and license allocation are all separated at the partner boundary. Partner A's technician cannot see partner B's customer (enforced in the app and the audit layer). Cross-tenant attempts return 404.
The partner admin creates a single-use JWT enrollment token per customer (HS256, single-use jti). The support app's setup redeems it automatically and enrolls with its own partner. No manual ID entry on the customer side.
Each partner's license window is combined with the signed module decision from the ErpLic license server (lisans.erp.tr) and evaluated independently per partner. 5-minute decision cache + 24-hour grace per partner. Partner B keeps working regardless of when partner A's license expires.
The JWT partner claim is validated server-side on every admin and WS request; using one partner's technician session to reach another partner's records returns 401/404. The boundary is enforced in the auth layer, not just in app logic.
Each partner has its own partner admin account that sees and manages only its own technicians and customers; cross-partner requests get 403/404. The super admin only handles licensing and partner onboarding; day-to-day management stays with the partner.
Each partner's tier: 1 / 3 / 5 / 10 / 20 / 50 concurrent technicians. Partners can create as many technician accounts as they like; how many can be online at once depends on the tier. When the limit is reached, a new sign-in is refused with a clear message. The super admin upgrades the tier in one click.
With a single partner these features are transparent: same installation, no extra configuration. To add a partner, the super admin registers it in /admin/partners and creates a partner admin, who signs in on the same screen with their partner code.
How ERP support teams use ErpDesk.
When a voucher discrepancy shows up after the year-end inventory, the technician connects with the agent ID, links the ticket number to the session and fixes the voucher together with the customer.
When the field sales app warns on a credit sale, the technician connects to the customer's machine, raises the credit limit and checks the trial balance with them.
While year-end closing steps run remotely, the whole session is recorded with AES-GCM encryption and kept in the audit archive for the legal retention period.
General-purpose tools are for everyone. ErpDesk is for ERP support teams.

🎤 Talk in the console and the browser asks for microphone permission. The customer presses the same button in the agent. Both sides send PCM audio packets (16 kHz mono, on the 0x60 Audio channel of the existing WebSocket stream). Whisper STT on ErpDesk Server turns speech into text; if the ErpDesk Translate add-on is enabled, the selected provider (self-hosted LibreTranslate or cloud Azure Translator) translates it, and the subtitle reaches both sides on the 0x70 Subtitle channel. Voice + subtitles are core features; translation is a separately sold add-on (module ERPDESK.TRANSLATE.001). Core since v0.7, Translate since v0.7.2.ERPDESK.REALTIME.001, sold independently of the core and Translate. Early-access list members get 30% off at launch plus priority onboarding.docker run -d -p 5000:5000 libretranslate/libretranslate --load-only tr,en,de --update-models. In ErpDesk Server's appsettings.Production.json set Translation.LibreUrl to http://<libretranslate-host>:5000; nothing else is needed. Argos-Translate runs the models locally; it downloads the language pairs on first start and then works fully offline. Typical footprint: 1.5 GB RAM, 2 vCPU. Latency is low enough for a support conversation (~150-250 ms/segment).erpdesk-agent.exe; no installation. For a demo it can run on a local machine.ERPDESK.AGENT.001 plus the separately sold Translate / Realtime add-ons. The server caches the signed license decision; how often it checks depends on the license's remaining lifetime (weekly down to hourly). Thanks to the signed decision cache and a 24-hour grace period, a temporary network outage does not stop work; a lock only comes from a signed “expired” or “revoked” decision. In multi-partner setups the license is validated independently per partner. For pricing and the Demo / Pro / Enterprise comparison see Licensing, or write to satis@erp.tr.ErpDesk uses a modular license model bound to a tax ID. Licenses are validated by the ErpLic license server (lisans.erp.tr) with signed decisions and module code ERPDESK.AGENT.001.
Bought as separate license modules on top of the ErpDesk core. The core license is required, add-ons are optional.
ERPDESK.TRANSLATE.001ERPDESK.REALTIME.001, sold separately like TranslateHow does it work? Once your license is activated, ErpDesk Server fetches the signed license decision from ErpLic and caches it; how often it checks depends on the license's remaining lifetime (weekly down to hourly). A 24-hour grace period keeps it working through temporary network outages. Add-ons are flagged with their own module codes (e.g. ERPDESK.TRANSLATE.001); if the core license is active and an add-on module is off, only that add-on's features are disabled.
